(d) we maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to all possible risks; all persons who come into contact with the personal data of clients are obliged to observe the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with the processing of such data.

As a subject of personal data, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the correction of personal data if they are not kept correctly or if they are inaccurate, the right to delete your personal data to the extent that they are not processed for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations, obligations imposed on us by legal regulations or status regulations adopted by the Czech Bar Association or the exercise of public authority.
